Host family Pfeffer: f.l. Christian, Sabrina, Gitti and Katharina
Christian is our dynamic chef who passionately takes care of maintenance in and around the hotel. He loves preparing hearty dishes and, as a hunter, brings fresh ingredients directly to our guests' tables. Farming is also close to his heart – in the summer, he is almost every morning up on the alpine pasture checking on his cows. Standing still is not an option for him.
Brigitte, affectionately known as "Gitti," takes care of the reception and is the heart of the house. She also lovingly tends to the flower beds and garden outside. After work, she almost daily goes for walks with the house dog "Nino," and therefore enthusiastically shares hiking and exploration tips, as she knows the region like the back of her hand.
Katharina’s dedication to nature is almost palpable. She passionately shares her secret tips about the most beautiful spots in the region with guests. At the hotel, she is in charge of reservations and marketing. She spends her free time hiking in the mountains or on the lake with her SUP.
Sabrina enriches the service team with her cheerfulness and passionately helps her father, "Christian," with the animals, particularly the horses which she is fond of. In the summer, our young guests have the opportunity to visit the animals in the stable with her. She is always up for fun and enjoys engaging in entertaining conversations with our guests.
