If you are travelling by public transport, we are happy to offer a free pick-up service from the train station in Zell am See
(from 08.00 - 21.00). Pre-booking is absolutely necessary.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
In order for us to reserve the desired rooms for your stay with us (to make a binding commitment),
a deposit of 25% from the total package rate is required.
The transferment need to be settled 2 weeks after completion of the reservation.
This serves us as a guarantee for your planned holiday at Berghotel Jaga-Alm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy valid from summer 2023 to winter 2024-25
Valid for reservations in the period from 22.12.2022 - 31.03.2025
- up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel the reservation free of charge
- from a cancellation 1 month before the day of arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
- from 2 weeks before arrival we charge 70% of the total price as a cancellation fee
- from 7 days before arrival, in case of no-show and early departure, 90% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
Deposit:
In order for us to book the desired rooms for your holiday with us, bindingly for you,
a deposit of 25% of the total arrangement is required up to 2 weeks after the completion of the reservation.
For us, this serves as a guarantee of your planned stay with us.
In case of cancellation:
Up to 1 month before arrival, we will refund 100% of your deposit.

Dogs are welcome in our hotel. There are numerous "walks" to discover just in front of the doors.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome to accompany you to meals. During your stay, we will reserve a table for you in the restaurant area.

Our hotel recpetion is open every day from 07.30 am until 08.30 pm.
