A lot of things are uncertain in times like these.
Therefore, we have relaxed our cancellation conditions
for your holiday with us.
Valid for reservations in the period 21. 12. 2022 - 15. 10. 2023
- up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel the reservation at any time with no costs
- from 1 month up to 2 weeks before arrival day
40% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee - from 2 weeks up to 1 week before arrival day
70% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee - from 7 days before arrival, in case of no show and early departure
90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee
Prepayment:
In order for us to reserve the desired rooms for your stay with us,
(to make a binding commitment) a deposit of 25% of the total package is required up to 2 weeks after completion of the reservation.
This serves us as a guarantee for your planned holiday at our hotel.
In case of cancellation:
Up to 1 month before arrival day you will receive 100% of your deposit transferred back from us.
Valid for reservation in the period 22. 12. 2023 - 01. 04. 2024
- up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel your reservation with no costs
- from 3 months up to 1 month before arrival day
40% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee - from 4 weeks up to 1 week before arrival day
70% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee - from 7 days before arrival, in case of no show and early departure
90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee
Prepayment:
In order for us to reserve the desired rooms for your stay with us,
(to make a binding commitment) a deposit of 20% of the total package is required up to 2 weeks after completion of the reservation.
This serves us as a guarantee for your planned holiday at our hotel.
In case of cancellation:
Up to 3 months before arrival day you will receive 100% of your deposit transferred back from us.
A FREE CANCELLATION by the hotelier or guest is possible AT ANY TIME,
if one of the following points applies on the day of arrival:
- The arrival to Austria or departure to your home country can not be guaranteed due to border closure
- Austria, the Salzburger Land or the region Zell am See - Kaprun is classified as a high risk area by your government, i.e. a travel warning is issued
- After departure, you must go into legal quarantine at your home country for at least 14 nights
- If the Austrian government does not allow hotels to open or travelling is not allowed (Lockdown)
In any of the above mentioned facts we will transfer your deposit back or
you can decide to receive a credit for a later holiday at our hotel (no time limit).
