and pull-out sofa  (sleeping possibility for 2x pers.), a bathroom with large bath tub, sink, shower and a panoramic window.  
The WC is separately. On Top this appartement awaits you with its own huge balcony viewing the lake and 
the local mountian the "Schmittenhöhe".
